Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE: This policy is only valid for online purchases of footwear, clothing and accessories via peaksports.my.

Peak is pleased to offer Free Delivery on all orders over RM200.00 within Malaysia Only for all online purchases, all other orders will incur a flat rate of RM12.00 for delivery.

We do not offer shipping to any international countries.

All orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details.

PLEASE NOTE: All payments from this online store will appear on your credit card statement from Paragon Vest Sdn Bhd.

Important Information about Delivery:

All delivery times are indications only (as provided by the individual delivery service), and indicate the time it would normally take for delivery once the goods are dispatched from Peak. Delays in shipment may occur if a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable from our suppliers. You will be advised via email of any substantial delay. In the event of some items on your order being in stock and some items being substantially delayed we will contact you with the option to split your shipment. Additional freight charges may apply.

Delivery times may vary, particularly for remote locations. The delivery times mentioned are an indicative time for delivery from when your order ships from Peak.

Once your order has been dispatched from Peak we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect it to another address.

Return & Exchange Policy

PLEASE NOTE: This policy is only valid for online purchases of footwear, clothing and accessories via peaksports.my. For all other purchases of Peak products via a retail store please refer to the store of purchase for their Shipping & Returns Policy.

Products purchased on peaksports.my can be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery in accordance with the Returns Policy below.

Should you need to return a product to us please follow the below steps:

Email us at info.peakonline@gmail.com or call on +603 5523 1213 or +603 5518 8466 with the following information:

• Order Number

• Reason for Return

• Request for either Exchange or Refund

We will respond within two (2) business days with confirmation whether the products were bought from us and whether they can be accepted for return. If you qualify under the Returns Policy outlined below, we will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number.

Once confirmation has been received that the return will be accepted please package your products up and have delivered to:

IMPORTANT

Shoe Boxes: When returning shoes in boxes please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original shoe box. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition we will not be able to accept your return as we will not be able to resell the product.

Once the product has been received and assessed to meet the criteria of our returns policy we will process the exchange or refund.

RETURNS POLICY

Apart from Faulty products, products purchased on brooksrunning.com.my can be returned to within fourteen (14) days of delivery if they are in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and tags still attached. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped a product that was incorrect or faulty when shipped by us. Should a product be returned to Peak as faulty, but is found to be in normal working order, you will be charged for the cost of freight from you to Peak and the cost of return freight at our normal freight charges. You may also be charged a service fee for the testing of the product. Brooks may charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for credit or exchange which have been damaged while in your care. Generally credits/refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges. Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of the Malaysia. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for refunds to be processed.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

1. Paragon Vest reserves the right to make any order cancellation if the products are not no longer available for any reason. A notification will be given and refunds shall be initiated
2. Change of order and cancellation of order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed
3. We have the right to withdraw or cease the availability for all products from the site, without notice.
